Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all photography services provided by A Frame Undone ("we", "us", "our") to the client ("you"). By booking with us, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Payment

• A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance is due by the shoot day or prior to delivery of final images.

• Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit is received.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If you cancel within 7 days of the shoot, you may be charged up to 50% of the total fee.

• One reschedule is allowed with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

3. Turnaround Times

• For weddings and events:

  • Highlight images delivered within 24–48 hours.

  • Full galleries delivered within 3–14 days, depending on the package.

• For commercial or product shoots: timelines will be agreed in advance.

4. Copyright & Image Usage

• We retain full copyright over all images created.

• You are granted personal usage rights (e.g. sharing, printing, personal website).

• For commercial use (e.g. advertising, resale, business use), a separate licence must be agreed.

5. Storage & Backup

• Final images will be stored securely for up to 3 months.

• We strongly recommend downloading and backing up your files upon delivery.

• We cannot guarantee retrieval of files after the 3-month period.
